Privacy notice
Version 2026-02. This summary describes how the registration system works. It is awaiting review and approval by the organisers.
What we collect
Your name, email address, mobile number, visitor category, and (optionally) your organisation. We also record that you accepted this notice, and when. If you collect an ID card at the venue, staff may take or upload a photo of you for it; the photo is used only for that ID card and is stored with your registration.
Why
To register you for Products of PSG Products, issue your QR ticket, email it to you, and check it at entry and at access points that require it. Entry checks are logged with the time and place of the scan.
Face ID (optional)
You may choose to add a Face ID to your ticket, only if you tick the consent boxes. Your camera video is processed on your own device and is not uploaded. What we store is an encrypted numeric template of your face, linked to your ticket, and one profile photo that you take as the last (required) step of Face ID, which staff see next to a match to check that the right person was found. Staff at the venue may use it to find your ticket by showing a face to the Ticket Validator; the person is always confirmed by a staff member and your QR ticket works with or without Face ID. You can withdraw it any time using the personal link in your ticket email, which deletes the template and that profile photo. They are also deleted if your registration is cancelled and, in any case, 30 days after the exhibition ends. Face ID is a convenience, not a security guarantee. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must consent on your behalf. This paragraph is a draft awaiting legal review and approval by the organisers.
Your ticket
Your QR ticket contains a random token and no personal information. It is created by the organisers’ system and sent to your email address.
Updates
We send exhibition updates only if you tick the optional box on the registration form.
Retention, sharing and contact
To be confirmed by the organisers.
